ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ State Dedicates Two New Facilities

The Aeronautics and Technology Building and the Center for Undergraduate Excellence were both dedicated during events leading up to ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ State President Beverly Warren’s inauguration. The former will serve as the home for the College of Applied Engineering, Sustainability and Technology. The latter will be the home of the new University College.

The ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ Board of Trustees will hold its next regular business meeting at 11 a.m. on  May 20 in The John Elliot Center for Architecture and Environmental Design on the ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ Campus.

Ohio is conducting a statewide tornado drill at 9:50 a.m. on Wednesday, March 18. ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ will be participating in this test.

This year’s May 4 Commemoration, to be held May 1-4, 2026, will include special remembrances of John Cleary, one of the nine wounded students, and Jerry M. Lewis, Ph.D., Professor Emeritus of Sociology, who served as a faculty marshal during the campus shootings and worked tirelessly to ensure that the legacy of May 4 would endure.
