IN A FLASH: Rainbows Shine Bright In ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ

Ken Ditlevson, director of ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ State's LGBTQ+ Center, was one of the volunteers adding rainbows to both sides of the Main Street Bridge in downtown ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ.

Volunteers decorated ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ's Main Street Bridge on Monday in preparation for ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ's Rainbow Weekend on Oct. 13-14. The rainbows downtown also celebrate National Coming Out Day on Oct. 11.

One of the highlights of the Rainbow Weekend's is the eighth annual Rainbow Run presented by ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ's LGBTQ+ Center. This 5K helps raise money to replenish ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ State's LGBTQ+ Emergency Fund, which supports ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ State LGBTQ+ students in crisis.
