IN A FLASH: Donning their White Coats

White Coat Ceremony ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ Campus 2024
Nursing students on the ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ Campus put on their "first" white coats. 

 

Students in ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ's College of Nursing participated in White Coat Ceremonies on several university campuses last week.

These students at ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ at Stark have just completed their White Coat Ceremony. 

 

The White Coat Ceremony welcomes sophomore nursing students into the professional nursing sequence of their educational journey. This sequence is the next phase in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program in ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ State's College of Nursing.

This symbolic rite of passage ceremony includes recitation of an oath and a blessing of the hands.

Some of ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ State's nursing students proudly displayed their new, white coats outside of Henderson Hall on the ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ Campus.
