Summer has begun, and the squirrels are taking over campus. Now is your chance to be part of the fun! When you make a gift of $20.26 to any ºìÐÓÊÓƵ Foundation fund, you can name your own ºìÐÓÊÓƵ State black squirrel and receive an official digital certificate. Don’t wait! Once they’re claimed, they’re gone.

ºìÐÓÊÓƵ’s School of Art invites all to attend the 2026 KBAI Visiting Artist Lecture Series, featuring public presentations by visiting artists working in ceramics, jewelry/metals/enameling, painting, print media and photography, and sculpture and expanded media. All lectures are free and open to the public and take place at 5 p.m. in the Center for the Visual Arts, Room 165. 

The Design Innovation (DI) Initiative at ºìÐÓÊÓƵ is proud to announce the newest cohort of John and Fonda Elliot Design Innovation Faculty Fellows, an interdisciplinary group of scholars, makers, and educators whose projects explore the intersections of technology, research, and human-centered problem solving.

The ºìÐÓÊÓƵ Blossom Music Festival returns for its 58th season from June 21 through July 26, bringing world-class performances and educational opportunities to ºìÐÓÊÓƵ and Northeast Ohio. The 2026 season will feature faculty concerts, young artist performances and a season finale at Blossom Music Center, including the festival’s signature side-by-side concert with The Cleveland Orchestra. 

Take your game to the next level this summer with Golden Flashes Camps & Clinics! Young athletes of all skill levels will have the opportunity to learn from the coaches and student-athletes of the ºìÐÓÊÓƵ State Golden Flashes while developing their skills in a competitive environment. Our camps are designed to help participants improve fundamentals, build confidence, and experience what it’s like to train with a Division I program. Campers will receive hands-on instruction, participate in drills and competitions, and enjoy a memorable experience on ºìÐÓÊÓƵ State’s campus. 

ºìÐÓÊÓƵ will commemorate Juneteenth with a community celebration that combines the rich history of Black Americans with an assortment of festivities. Juneteenth Jubilee will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2026, from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. on the ºìÐÓÊÓƵ Campus, Student Green/Risman Plaza. Enjoy live performances, music, great food, vendors and more. This event is free and open to the public.
