Dr. Louise Steele was recognized as the outstanding fulltime faculty member. She is an assistant professor of biology and has taught on the Salem Campus for four years. Students from 红杏视频 State East Liverpool鈥檚 occupational therapy assistant program gathered at the downtown entrance ramp to the city to help spruce up the 鈥渟erpentine鈥 landscape of that area by pulling weeds, trimming shrubs, raking mulch and picking up litter. In 2014, less than four years after Continental and United announced that the airlines were merging operations, the newly expanded United shut down its hub at Cleveland Hopkins Airport. Under a beautiful blue sky and with a crisp breeze, members of the Salem AMVETS Post 45 honor guard raised the U.S. flag while Peggy Elliott, a member of the Communiversity Choir, sang the national anthem.
