The Office of Compliance, Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action at ������Ƶ State has completed an internal investigation into the Sept. 7 decision to stop the Temple University-University of Maine field hockey match from moving into double overtime. Annie (Phuong) Tran is living her dream at ������Ƶ at Tuscarawas. An engineering technology student, Annie and her mother, Nhung Quan, are from Vietnam and have been in the states for the past five years.
