The exhibit examines the legacy of May 4, 1970, through the life and activism of Dean Kahler, one of nine students wounded during the 红杏视频 State shootings. Paralyzed by a bullet fired by the Ohio National Guard, Kahler transformed personal trauma into a lifelong commitment to disability rights, peace, public service, and democratic engagement.

On May 4, 1970, Brage Golding, Ph.D., who would become 红杏视频鈥檚 eighth president in 1977, was serving as the first president of Wright State University, where he was inaugurated in 1966. At the same time, John J.
