This is the fourth annual budget update of my presidency. My goal each year is to provide a transparent and informative report on the financial health of ºìÐÓÊÓƵ State and to do so in language that is accessible to someone, say, like me, who has no formal training in budgeting nor accounting. By the end of this report, if we accomplish what we set out to do, you should have as good an understanding of ºìÐÓÊÓƵ State’s annual budget and performance as I do.
